  • Amazon is offering free computer science courses from Grades K-12.

Stream and Chill 

  • HBO announced they are offering a lot of shows, movies free for a limited time. You don’t need any subscription. You can just go to HBO GO or HBO NOW to watch every episode of series like The Sopranos, Veep and The Wire for free.

  • Apple TV is offering extended free trials for Showtime and many more. Head on over to 9to5Mac for a full list.

  • CBS All Access is offering a free one-month trial with code GIFT and if you have already signed up, you can extend your trial using the code ENJOY.

  • Sling TV is offering “Stay in & SLING” initiative. Watch ABC News Live, On-demand kids, lifestyle, entertainment streamed at no cost. Head on over to https://watch.sling.com and sign in to watch. I have been a Sling customer for a couple of months and it is nice to get some added channels for free.

  • Pluto TV adds MTV, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, and more for a limited time. I use Pluto TV for local news from time to time.

  • Amazon Prime adds free HBO and Sesame Street episodes and bunch of Warner Bros movies.

  • Shudder provide a free month of streaming with code SHUTIN.

  • FilmRise has a diverse line-up of fan-favorites: classic TV programs, true crime shows, kids' entertainment, award-winning films, prestige documentaries and festival indies.

  • Pandora is offering SiriusXM stream free now through May 15. No credit card required. Also, you can start streaming through SiriusXM directly.

  • Concert Corona is organizing and notifying you to free concerts. Popular artists performing shows while in isolation and helping us get through this pandemic - one beat at a time.

Meditate, Stretch, & Relax

  • Balance: Meditation (IOS only) app is offering 1 YEAR SUBSCRIPTION FOR FREE. I have been using this app for the last couple of days and enjoying it very much.

  • Calm App is offering various meditations for free.

  • Headspace just launched various meditations and mindfulness resources for New York’s residence, anyone can access it. The Headspace app is my 2nd choice for meditation, very user-friendly.

  • Mindfulness app that helps relieve stress and achieve balance is now free to download.

  • Stretch and Grow of the Rockies is a kids health and wellness enrichment company that teaches children age-appropriate fitness and yoga routines.

  • CorePower Yoga is offering free access to a selection of their online classes while they are closed to help stop the spread of COVID-19.

  • Yoga with Adriene on youtube offers 500+ different yoga workouts and challenges for a variety of different needs. 

  • Yoga with Ari is a very different experience for those who want a yoga experience that is much less family friendly and hosted by Comedian Ari Shaffir.

Get Fit

  • 24 Hour Fitness offering free workouts on their YouTube Channel and their fitness app 24GO. You will find a huge list of places that are offering free workout here.

  • Couch to Fit App, 7 Minute Workout Training is now free to download.

  •  YMCA 360: On-Demand workout videos, don’t need to sign for an account.
